FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

1Glamping Tent Price: Where can I find the price of your glamping products??
A: You can find the price ranges and size information for all our glamping tent models on this Glamping Tent Price and Size Selector webpage (https://plusglamping.com/glamping-tent-price-type-area-selector/).
*Note: All prices are EXW prices and do not include shipping or accessory costs.
2Project Planning & Design: Do you provide overall site planning and design services for my campsite?
A: Yes, absolutely. We are more than just a glamping tent manufacturer; we are your project partner. We offer comprehensive design services, including site layout planning, 2D/3D renderings, and interior design suggestions to maximize your guests' experience and your ROI. Whether you are building a small eco-resort or a large luxury glamping site, our design team can help visualize your project before construction begins.
3Installation & Turnkey Solutions: Do you offer turnkey solutions and installation support?
A: Yes. We understand that installation is a major concern.
  • Global Installation Team: For large projects, we can dispatch our experienced overseas installation team to your site to handle the entire setup.
  • Guidance Support: For smaller orders or self-builders, we provide detailed instructional manuals, videos, and remote video conference support to guide your local team through the process step-by-step.
4Weather Resistance & Durability: Can your tents withstand extreme weather conditions like strong wind or heavy snow?
A: Yes. Our tents are engineered for heavy-duty outdoor use. The framework is made of high-strength galvanized steel (rust-proof), and the canvas is treated for water, rot, and UV resistance.
  • Wind Load: Rated for 80-100km/h (Level 9-10 winds) when properly anchored.
  • Snow Load: Designed to handle significant snow loads (specific ratings depend on the model).
Note: For areas with extreme climates, please consult us for reinforced structure options.
5Lifespan & ROI: What is the expected lifespan of a Nomastra glamping tent?
A: Our tents are built as semi-permanent structures.
  • Main Structure (Frame): Lasts 10-15+ years with proper maintenance.
  • Canvas/Fabric: Typically lasts 5-8 years depending on the climate and UV exposure.
  • Renewable: The canvas is replaceable. You can simply replace the fabric cover after several years without needing to buy a whole new frame, ensuring a long-term return on investment.
6Insulation & Climate Control: How do you handle insulation for hot summers or cold winters?
A: Guest comfort is our priority. Our tents can be equipped with a multi-layer insulation system (including an aesthetic inner liner and insulation cotton) to effectively regulate temperature. Additionally, our designs include stove jacks for wood burners and dedicated ports for air conditioning units, making them suitable for year-round operation.
7Permits & Building Codes: Do your tents comply with local building codes and permit requirements?
A: While regulations vary by country and municipality, our tents are temporary or semi-permanent structures, which often simplifies the permitting process compared to traditional buildings. We provide detailed structural drawings and fire-retardant certificates to assist you in applying for local permits. However, the final approval is subject to your local government regulations.
8Customization: Can I customize the size, layout, or materials?
A: Yes, we specialize in bespoke solutions. From changing the canvas color to fit your brand, to adjusting the layout for an ensuite bathroom, glass walls, or extended decking—we can tailor the tent to your specific vision.
9Production & Shipping Time: What is the lead time for production and shipping?
A:
  • Production: Typically 15-30 days, depending on the order quantity and customization level.
  • Shipping: Sea freight usually takes 30-45 days depending on your location.
We recommend planning your order 3-4 months in advance of your targeted opening date to ensure ample time for ground preparation and installation.
10Maintenance: Is it difficult to maintain and clean the tents?
A: Maintenance is straightforward. We recommend regular checks on the tension of the guy ropes/ratchets and keeping the canvas clean from debris (like fallen leaves). The fabric is treated to be mold-resistant, but keeping it dry and ventilated is key. We provide a maintenance guide with every purchase.
11Warranty Policy: What is your warranty policy?
A: We stand behind our quality. We offer a 1-Year Warranty on the main structure (frame and connectors) against manufacturing defects; natural disasters are not covered under warranty. For detailed terms and conditions, please refer to our sales agreement or contact our support team.
